Singing on the Road

We had a long drive to Oban to catch a ferry to the Isle of Mull. I kept everyone entertained. Can you guess the song we were singing in these photos?

Lunch at the Dock

I ate a whole tub of shrimp. This seafood thing is great.

Ferries

We took ferries to the Isle of Mull then Iona. I'm still asking to go on more boats. They seem very happy when I do that...

Iona Abbey

Iona is a quick ferry ride from the south west end of Mull where we stayed. They call it the cradle of Christianity in Scotland. Originally a monastery built in AD653, it was rebuilt in the 1200s. It's still and active abbey, with a community that supports worldwide charities.

Hike

We took a hike along the beach on the south end of Mull. There were some steep ricky bits but it was very pretty. Dad earned his lunch that day.

Beach

It's time to go exploring and to get muddy.

Fionnaphort

Fionnaphort is the last village on the end of the peninsula. Nice views on a good day!

Construction!

Hey, what's that noise?
Ooooh I see trucks! I better climb higher to get a better view. I think I'll stand here for 30 min. then tell Mommy I'd like to go outside to get a closer look. Look at all those big trucks!
